These Terms govern your use of Screw Cash Out. By installing or continuing to use the app, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, uninstall the app and stop using it.
You must be at least 13 years old. If under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
Screw Cash Out is a mobile screw puzzle entertainment app that may include reward programs, promotions, and in-app ads. Features and reward rules may change at any time.

Ads, analytics, and payments are governed by third-party terms. We are not responsible for their content beyond our control.
Use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge you have read it.
We may suspend access for Terms violations, fraud, or risk to the platform. You may stop using the app by uninstalling it.
As-is: The app is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by law.
No guaranteed income: Rewards are not wages or guaranteed earnings. Past results do not promise future outcomes.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the greater of fees paid in 12 months or USD $50, except where mandatory law applies.
You indemnify us from claims arising from misuse, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

We may update Terms as the app or law evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
